Position:MARKETING OFFICER

I. OVERVIEW, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS

The position reports directly to the Marketing Head of the Company and will be working closely with other Departments. This position cooperates with the other departments as may be required from time-to-time and as may be necessary to execute your responsibilities in a timely and sufficient manner. Furthermore, this position is expected to observe the policies and procedures, security measures and work guidelines, as well as lawful directions given by TSI's management and persons in authority.

This role's focus is Content creation, SEO, and Database management for all Marketing Activities & Integration across different platforms and media, as well as Digital Advertising and Research.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role serves as the the key content and database production officer of the Marketing Team. This requires the strict compliance and superior execution of the ff. in relation to all Marketing activities:

Handles creation and maintenance of relevant, effective databases (see scope of work) for use in Marketing Activities, including but not limited to:

Research & Collation: adding new materials, cross-indexing and relating resources, supplementing additional information, from all possible sources including direct from suppliers, research from on digital platforms, etc.

Monitoring & Maintenance: ensuring complete and accurate information, status of database entries / items, flagging missing or erroneous information and next steps, etc.

Optimisation: optimising for different media or platforms, copyediting to fit appropriate applications and in line with brand guidelines, etc.

Analytics & Reporting: creating reports to reflect the status and actionable next steps to improve or supplement issues in databases and their related process flows, etc.

Creation, execution, maintenance, and analysis of Digital Advertising & Content for platforms including but not limited to:

Keyword Research & Search Engine Optimisation

Digital advertising: Google Business Tools, Social Media such as Facebook & Instagram, etc.

Email marketing

Website & Landing Pages: UX, site speed, bounce rates, click maps based on data, etc.

Social Media Marketing platforms: Instagram, Facebook. Messenger apps, etc.

Digital Commerce platforms: eCommerce site, Third-party Delivery services such as FoodPanda, Grab, etc.

Create relevant, on-brand keyword-optimised copy for use in Marketing Activities, including but not limited to:

Print & Digital Content

Print & Digital Advertising

Training resources

Client Correspondence

Supports creation of Marketing Content, including but not limited to:

Copywriting and copyediting of relevant materials

Proofreading of materials before production / distribution

Sourcing accurate, relevant, and updated information for use in materials

Assists in:

Organisation of event, logistics, and photo documentation

Devising methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data

Devising methods and procedures for responding to client behaviours with marketing or sales automations or processes

Receiving feedback from relevant stakeholders (depending on the activity, e.g. branches, operations point persons, clients, etc.)

  1. Scope of Work:

Marketing Activities encompass the following, with additional specifics:

Regular Marketing Functions

Sharing updates and status reports to support updates to the Marketing Calendar

Contributing to budget planning based on historical / previous production and search or canvass of new platforms, technologies, suppliers and materials

Attendance and active participation in Marketing meetings or marketing-related meetings

Client Relationship Management

In conjunction with Data & CRM Officer

Monitoring Client Relationships across Marketing activities including but not limited to: their participation, response and feedback, etc.

Consumer analysis: segmentation, demographics, behaviour, habits, insights

Customer feedback & complaints (collated from various sources such as branch feedback, online forms, online platforms, etc.)

Monthly, regular Activities

These refer to the regularly scheduled activities such as, but not limited to: Wine of the Month, Housewines, and their food pairings, monthly Events like Wine Classes or Dinners, Sunday 15% off, etc.

Special Programs

These refer to special programs such as, but not limited to: Terry's Circle

Promotional Campaigns

These refer to special and/or seasonal campaigns, such as but not limited to: Valentines' Day, Mothers' Day, Christmas in November, Chardonnay Day, etc.

These also cover branch-specific campaigns, such as but not limited to: Podium Special Lunch Sets, BGC Happy Hour, etc.

Events

These refer to internal events outside of monthly programming, such as but not limited to: supplier visits to the Philippines and their related events, Calle del Laurel, Bespoke Wine Classes, Bespoke Menu + Wine Pairing events, etc.

These also cover select external events outside of monthly programming, such as but not limited to: wine dinners in partner institutions, etc.

Branch Support & Training

These refer to materials and activities that support the Branches in their capacity to sell and communicate effectively and in line with the Terry's Brand, such as but not limited to:

Ensuring appropriate, updated copy, messaging, & information for execution of campaigns, events, and other activities

Creating training materials for brand overview, product training, services training, marketing activities, etc.

In conjunction with Graphics & Tech Officer

External Partnerships & Collaborations

These refer to any marketing-specific capacity for collaborations with external partners, such as but not limited to:

Outsourced capacities and projects (e.g. social media, website, video, etc.)

Copy needed for digital apps (e.g. FoodPanda, PandaMart, Grab, etc.) such as updated listings and descriptions, brand assets, and advertising, and other updates in response to any new activities that affect these apps

External marketing requests / inquiries / projects (e.g. correspondence for proposals & partnership requests, mall-related activities in relation to Branches, etc.)

Events management (for large events or external events)

Marketing Team & Resources:

These encompass the maintenance, documentation, updates, and support for the actual requirements and resources of the marketing team, including but not limited to:

Team tasks, deliverables, & KPIs

Stores & Services Databases (e.g. photos, store hours, contact numbers, ongoing activities, collaterals in use & status of these, etc.)

Product databases: across all SKUs and categories, encompassing product photos, descriptions, keywords & tagging, SEO, QR-codes, links & social handles, and all other relevant materials

Supplier databases: across all supplier-partners, encompassing contact information across platforms, branding resources, and all other relevant materials (e.g. updated photos, stories or descriptions, links to websites and social media handles, etc.)

Client databases: across different Client funnels, programs, and platforms such as social media, email marketing, messaging apps, and so on (e.g. Terry's Circle, Regular & VIPs, Email marketing audiences, Client social media handles, Media partners, event attendees, etc.)

In relation to Marketing activities and programs such as Community Management, Sales Activities, Event Attendance, etc.

Training databases: materials for use in company training across different departments, related to Services, Products, Supplier, Brand, and more

Competitor databases

In conjunction with Graphics & Tech Officer

(e.g. competitors, their activities, platforms, etc.)

Partner Databases & Contacts (e.g. suppliers, outsourced professionals, etc.)

Online Marketing (e.g. website and associated landing pages, Google products such as Google Analytics, Business & Maps, etc.)

These also include any initiatives to better the Marketing Team, Sales, other Departments, or the Company as a whole, such as but not limited to: proposing projects in response to feedback or observed needs, process-related improvements, design and execution improvements, etc.

This also includes any marketing-related support to Management as needed
