JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Material Quality Performance

  • Implement/monitor material inspection process
  • Analyze and check material inspection report

2. In-house quality performance

  • Prepare assembly inspection standard operating procedures
  • Prepare and update visual inspection guidelines
  • Settle in-house quality issue on time
  • Check and evaluate daily in-house inspection report
  • Issue/Evaluate CPAR
  • Prepare quality inspector schedule and workload
  • Check daily inspection report
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Monitor/Support final inspection process
  • Monitor/Support pre-shipment audit

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience
  • Exposure in other Industrial Engineering background such as Process, Production, Planning and the likes is an advantage
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be team player, independent & flexible
