Family Care and Personal Support Manager

Full Time, Remote in Vietnam or Philippines, Canada Work Permit Sponsored

Support the full family network of a senior executive. Care for elderly parents and assist with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Combine professional caregiving with personal assistant and household coordination duties. Training provided before relocation. Canadian work permit sponsored for qualified candidates.

Role Summary

You manage care, schedules, travel, household needs, and daily operations across multiple generations. You ensure medication, health routines, school routines, appointments, travel plans, reports, and all household matters are organized and handled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily care for elderly parents, including medication, mobility support, and wellness checks
  • Assist with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, including school routines and supervision
  • Coordinate all medical appointments, care plans, schedules, and follow ups
  • Organize travel, prepare itineraries, and manage logistics
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on family matters, care progress, and outstanding tasks
  • Keep the household organized, safe, and maintained
  • Manage calendars, reminders, errands, and documentation
  • Communicate with doctors, schools, service providers, and family members
  • Travel with the family as needed and support urgent or unexpected needs

Requirements

  • Nurse, doctor, midwife, medical assistant, or strong professional caregiver background
  • Experience in elder care or childcare
  • Strong English communication
  • Highly organized, reliable, discreet, and able to handle multi role duties
  • Physically fit and capable of supporting mobility and daily routines
  • Able to travel and relocate to Canada
  • Meets Canada caregiver pathway requirements: documented paid experience, post secondary education, police clearance, medical fitness, and English proficiency
