This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Engineer, located in Bohol and Cebu. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing solar power systems and components for residential and commercial customers. The Solar Engineer will work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure that solar panels and equipment are installed correctly, and will provide technical support to customers to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications(a plus)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in solar energy design, installation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, power equipment, and energy storage technologies
  • Experience with AutoCAD, PVSyst, and other solar design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management, and ability to create and manage project timelines
  • Strong focus on safety, and ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet company objectives.

No experience/fresh graduates but are passionate and interested in the renewable energy market are encouraged to apply
