Job Summary:

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of project plans. Includes coordination of activities among the project team and with external suppliers, consolidation of activity updates, and the communication of progress reports to the project team and management.

Job Description:

  • Shall handle the coordination and implementation of relevant information among the project team for the assigned property.
  • Handles documentation and facilitates compliance to business process from pre- to post-construction.
  • Pre-Construction: Facilitates research and feasibility studies.
  • Construction Stage: Coordinates the implementation of project activities with the internal project team and external vendors.
  • Post-Construction: Reviews tenant fit-out construction plans. Facilitates refurbishment of units prior to turnover.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of BS-Architecture course.
  • Candidate must possess a Professional License.
  • Must be knowledgeable in design, construction and project management.
  • With at least 3 - 5 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Must have strong management skills, result-oriented and with good verbal and written communication skills.
