Yondu Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and coordinating high-impact training programs that support the professional development of our employees. As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess training needs and design customised training programs that address the skill gaps and development requirements of our employees
  • Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions across a variety of topics, including technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development
  • Coordinate the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue management, and material preparation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with the organisation's goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using data and feedback to continuously improve the learning experience
  • Maintain training records, reporting, and documentation to support the organisation's learning and development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the HR/Recruitment industry
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in the use of learning management systems, training software, and other relevant technology
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for employee development and a proven track record of delivering successful training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
