We generate 10,000+ inbound leads monthly from TikTok, Meta and our education funnels — and we are now building a high-performance sales organization.
We are looking for a highly organized, KPI-driven and reliable Sales Manager from the Philippines, etc. who can lead a team of appointment setters and high-ticket sales closers, build systems, run daily huddles, enforce accountability and drive revenue.
This is NOT a "soft admin" role.
You will be the backbone of a performance-driven sales team.
ROLE: SALES MANAGER (Full-Time, Remote – Philippines)
Starting Compensation:
$400-$600 base (depending on experience)
Team Override Bonus (1%–3%)
$50–$200 bonus for KPIs Performance incentives
Opportunity to scale compensation as the department grows
Your Core Responsibilities
- Daily Team Performance Management
You will:
Monitor setters & closers DAILY
Track KPIs: messages, show-ups, booked calls, closes
Review 10–30+ call recordings per week in WhatsApp/Zoko conversations
Review Zoom call recordings
Hold everyone accountable to quotas
Remove low performers quickly and professionally
This is a performance culture, not a "wait and hope" culture.
Run the Daily Sales Machine
You will lead the team's daily rhythm:
Morning 15–30 mins huddles (KPIs, targets, bottlenecks)
Mid-day performance checkpoints
End-of-day reporting & accountability
Weekly team meeting and training sessions for setters & closers
Weekly performance review with co-founder
Manage CRM, Pipelines & Lead Movement
Using Zoko CRM, WhatsApp + Google Sheets daily:
Ensure all leads are tagged, followed up and nurtured
Maintain pipeline hygiene & follow-up SLAs
Ensure no leads are wasted
Reactivate cold leads weekly
Create pipeline reports and insights
Recruit, Train & Develop the Sales Team
You will:
Hire & onboard new setters (PH + Africa)
Coordinate intro training, scripts and roleplay
Evaluate performance during trial weeks
Replace underperformers quickly
Maintain a strong bench of talent
Work Closely With the Co-Founder
The sales manager will collaborate directly with the Co-founder to:
Improve conversions
Strengthen scripts & objections
Optimize appointment-setting flows
Ensure closers run a consultative, high-integrity process
Provide performance dashboards and weekly summaries + reporting
What This Role is NOT
Not a passive admin role
Not a "wait for leads" job
Not for people afraid to hold others accountable
Not for people who disappear without communication
Not for employees who need micromanagement
This role requires initiative, leadership and daily execution.

Have experience managing online sales teams (setters & closers)
Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Enjoy tracking numbers, KPIs, dashboards
Can hold people accountable with firmness AND professionalism
Have excellent English communication (written & spoken)
Are comfortable reviewing messages, calls and performance
Are proactive and will work without supervision
