Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Relations Management:
     Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize financing opportunities and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Fund Management:
     Oversee the management of funds, ensuring appropriate allocation and utilization to meet the company's financial goals.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
     Lead the financial planning process, providing insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
     Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Strategic Financial Management:
     Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
     Effectively communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Management:
     Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a significant portion in a managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of financial management, bank relations, and fund management.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
