THE ROLE (JOB DESCRIPTION):

As a TIG & SMAW Welder, you'll be a key player in ensuring our water treatment systems, piping, and structural assemblies are built with precision, safety, and quality.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Performing high-quality TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum materials for pipelines, tanks, water system, and/or on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols accurately to ensure welds meet required standards.
• Inspecting joints, welds, and fittings to ensure alignment and adherence to standards.
• Operating and maintaining welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting in assembly, fabrication, and installation of components for project sites.
• Coordinating with engineers, fabricators, and site supervisors for quality control to identify and resolve any welding-related issues.
• Complying with company and client safety regulations at all times.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites anywhere in the Philippines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate or TESDA Graduate (Welding or related technical course)
• TESDA NC II or III in SMAW and/or GTAW (TIG) — required or willing to undergo certification
• 1–2 years of experience as a TIG and SMAW welder (fabrication or construction industry preferred)
• Skilled in both TIG and SMAW welding techniques and familiar with different filler materials
• Able to read and interpret mechanical and structural drawings
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper PPE use
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site (any project nationwide)
• Hardworking, reliable, quality-focused mindset, and a team player with strong attention to detail
