Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG/TIG welding and fit-up for sheet-metal electrical enclosures.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings; assemble to specification and tolerance.
  • Operate basic shop equipment (grinders, shears, press brake assists).
  • Follow 5S and safety standards; support QA checks.
  • Apply lean management principles to daily tasks and workflows.

Qualifications

  • With TESDA NC II in Welding (MIG/TIG or related).
  • Experience in MIG/TIG welding; sheet-metal assembly background preferred.
  • Able to operate machinery with proper training and safety awareness.
  • Proficient in reading fabrication drawings and using measuring tools.
  • Knowledge in metrology (precision measurement) and unit conversions.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a production environment with shifting priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php550.00 per day
