We are seeking a highly skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading. This role involves cutting, assembling, and welding metal components to create strong, durable structures and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to specifications.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques as required.
  • Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools.
  • Inspect and test welds to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Repair and modify existing metal structures when needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces).
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
