ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and payments into the accounting system.

·       Managing accounts payable, which includes processing invoices, verifying approvals, and issuing payments to vendors.

·       Performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.

·       Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

·       Monitor and manage petty cash transactions and prepare replenishment reports.

·       Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.

·       Performing other accounting task.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

·       Ability to work effectively and communicate with superiors and subordinates.

·       Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancy.

·       Written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and colleagues.

·       Attention to details and accuracy in all accounting tasks.

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
