What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting for new leads and clients through networking, advertising, and direct outreach
  2. Conducting property viewings and home tours to showcase available listings to potential buyers
  3. Negotiating and closing sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients
  4. Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and regulations
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and support to both buyers and sellers
  6. Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and implementing effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the Metro Manila market
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Familiarity with real estate regulations, pricing, and market trends
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate-specific software
  6. A driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
