  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Timely and accurately diagnose and resolve hardware & software problems e.g. CCTV, computers, network, printer, software installation, telephone, projector, and server, etc.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests either via phone, email, or in person.
  • Monitors system applications, network & internet performance.
  • Update patches for software and hardware systems, as necessary.
  • Performs scheduled system checks, back-up, and maintenance.
  • Setting up accounts for new users. Log-on/ document received IT tickets for monitoring purposes.
  • Maintain and update ICT asset inventory.
  • Follows processes, guidelines, policies, and procedures within the Department and the company.
  • Strictly adhere to the guidelines, policies, and procedures that are part of a comprehensive safety program.
  • Performs other duties as requested by the Department Head.
