We are looking for a Treasury Supervisor to lead and oversee our treasury operations, ensuring effective management of cash flow, banking transactions, and financial risk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of supervising daily treasury activities while supporting the organization's overall financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage cash flow planning, monitoring, and forecasting to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operational needs
  • Oversee and review daily bank transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize banking services
  • Monitor and control disbursements, including accounts payable payments, loans, and other financial obligations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all treasury transactions
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on cash position, funding requirements, and treasury-related metrics for management
  • Support the finance team in audit activities related to treasury functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency and risk management
  • Supervise and mentor treasury staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with accounting or ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
