The Role
The purpose of the Bid Executive role is to provide support and assistance across a range of tasks, including day-to-day bid management, delivery and support, updating and monitoring CRM, supporting bid strategy meetings and reviews, and managing internal libraries.

This role will be a key member of the APAC team, providing support to the Asia marketing team and business leaders. You will be required to quickly establish a close understanding of the business priorities, available resources and current systems and processes.

With extensive previous experience of working in a bidding role, you will enjoy working in our collaborative, varied and fast-paced environment. Your pride in providing a truly excellent service, proven attention to detail and sense of initiative has already led you to positive feedback in your career to date, and you understand what it means to create excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be keen to assist a regional marketing team and understand the business's marketing and business development activities.

The Skills
You will be able to demonstrate practical experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create engaging professional documents and presentations to help Cundall secure new business, and be experienced in using Excel to manage bid processes and complete fee schedules for submission. You must also be able to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with Adobe InDesign is valuable but not essential.

You must also be able to work independently/remotely, assisting in identifying improvements to the bidding process and presenting a consistent professional and positive image to clients through your work.

You are able to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities from within the workings of the business that could help to give competitive advantage.
