The Sales Executive drives sales growth by managing project-based opportunities for home and kitchen appliances within institutional, commercial, and residential sectors. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing sales with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, contractors, and project managers. The specialist ensures that products align with project requirements and customer needs while maintaining profitability and a competitive market position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue project sales in real estate, construction, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Present and promote home and kitchen appliance solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Oversee pricing, contracts, and negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Strengthen brand presence through industry events and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development.
  • Background in kitchen appliances, home appliances, or construction-related industries preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects and contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales processes, procurement, and bidding cycles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Willing and able to travel nationwide as required.
