Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Admin to support daily human resources operations. The role focuses on employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
  • Process government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and eGov submissions
  • Assist with payroll computation, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring
  • Support recruitment activities such as screening and interview coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Assist with employee relations and company events
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Preferably at least 2–3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn HR systems and processes
