We're looking for a team member who can take full ownership of our bus booking and GPS product features—from initial planning through to execution. Strong analytical skills are crucial for identifying problems and making data-driven decisions. Experience in transportation, logistics, or real-time tracking is a significant plus.

The ideal candidate works seamlessly with engineering, design, and operations teams, always prioritizing intuitive and reliable solutions for both passengers and operators. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently deliver high-quality outcomes, and bring innovative ideas to enhance and scale the product over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create or change the design of UI/UX according to market demand
  • Lead and manage the service and support team for vehicle telematics and GPS solutions.
  • Handle operations related to fleet - KPI, transport, integration of information & clients requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of service processes.
  • To effectively manage the flow of services, and key resources-including fleet operations, energy consumption, and passenger movement-from the point of origin to the point of destination, ensuring alignment with management objectives and consistently meeting user expectations through optimized GPS tracking and booking solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of product logistics and operational plans aligned with the overall corporate strategy, ensuring efficient delivery and scalability of the bus booking and GPS tracking solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure full coordination with operations for the timely submission of weekly and monthly reports related to logistics performance and sales closures, specifically aligned with bus booking and GPS product metrics.
  • Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that the management has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
  • Personally resolve critical problems in order to ensure contractual commitments are met and any operational impact is minimized.
  • Implementing health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or service management, preferably in vehicle telematics or GPS solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading technical support teams.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle telematics and GPS technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
