基本條件 / General Qualifications
• 大專以上學歷(任何商業或行政相關科系尤佳)
College graduate or at least college level (Business or Administration course is an advantage)
• 具1年以上文書或行政相關工作經驗佳
With at least 1 year experience in clerical or administrative work (preferred but not required)
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 有良好的中英文溝通能力,會中文者優先錄取
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• 細心、有責任感,能獨立完成任務
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• 具良好態度及團隊合作精神
Positive attitude and team player
工作內容 / Job Responsibilities
• 協助處理公司日常行政與文書工作
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
• 文件歸檔、資料輸入、報表整理
Handle filing, data encoding, and report preparation
• 管理文具、文件與辦公室用品
Monitor office supplies and manage documents
• 協助主管與其他部門完成臨時交辦事項
Assist supervisor and other departments with assigned tasks
薪資待遇 / Salary & Benefits
