Role Purpose
The International Education Advisor (Counsellor) plays a vital role in providing sound advice and proper guidance to all prospective international students. This position requires detailed attention to information provision, application processing and document management
What Does This Opportunity Mean for You
- Provide students with sound advice regarding overseas study based on extensive knowledge of the destination countries' education systems.*
- Provide potential students with course and institution information.*
- Assess student's qualifications and background.*
- Assess student documents and application to ensure best chances of school and/or visa approval.*
Skills and Attributes Required
- You enjoy connecting with people, especially students
- You thrive on helping others succeed and achieve their dreams
- You have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Zoho CRM platforms
- Knowledge of university/admissions requirements favorable
- Can report On-Site
Stakeholder Engagement
This role will be engaging primarily with students on a regular basis.
*Training will be provided.
*Applicants without prior experience in same industry will be offered an SP Support role for the first 6 months and after successful completion of training and performance evaluation they will be given the role of Education Consultant.
