CSA stands for College Success Advisor, and this is a commission-based consultative selling role or referral role. Our CSAs are instrumental in filling in the gaps when it comes to students' college prep by educating families on how to get the most out of the platform and services. Kyros brings top-tier counselors and educators to deliver services to our members.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A college/bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to audiences
  • Independent, self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passionate about high school education
  • Familiar with College Prep and planning processes 
  • Education and counseling background  
  • Sales background

Responsibilities:
  • Represent a modern AI-powered online platform to help high schoolers go through the journey from high school to college stress-free
  • Share and educate your community via your personal network and social media channels
  • Actively engage with the parents and students in answering their inquiries about college prep platform offered by
  • Track and record sales activities
  • Own and drive a revenue number on a monthly basis, manage pipeline metrics, using CSA portal to ensure full visibility of the end-to-end sales cycle
