Your Role:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding tailored to restaurant operations (kitchen staff, service crew, riders, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and support daily HR tasks.
  • Maintain personnel records and assist in performance evaluations.
  • Oversee payroll preparation, including computation and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, tips, and benefits.
  • Ensure proper handling of restaurant-specific compliance, such as DOLE labor standards, health/sanitation requirements, and scheduling for food service staff.
  • Manage government-mandated reporting and contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Assist in cultivating a positive workplace culture that supports both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What We Need:

  • Proven HR experience in a restaurant, café, or food & beverage company (required).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and government compliance specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a supportive and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.
