Position Title: HRBP SupervisorRole Overview

The HRBP Supervisor partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management to support business growth while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Partnership & Organization Development

  • Partner closely with Heads of Department (HODs) to support business strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organization design initiatives including restructuring, role definition, and headcount planning.
  • Provide insights on productivity, manpower efficiency, and people-related risks.
  • Support succession planning and development of key talent pipelines.

2. Talent & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring plans and critical roles.
  • Support probation assessments, performance goal setting, coaching, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Identify high-potential employees and performance risks, and recommend appropriate development actions.
  • Participate in discussions related to promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive reviews.

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations cases including misconduct investigations, grievances, and employee exits.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  • Advise managers on people management practices, disciplinary processes, and compliance boundaries.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and a healthy workplace culture.

4. Change Management & HR Projects

  • Support business transformation initiatives, restructuring activities, and new project launches from an HR perspective.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as policy optimization and process improvements.
  • Drive effective implementation and adoption of HR policies within business teams.

5. Team & Process Development (Supervisor Level)

  • Coach and guide junior HRBP team members or HR officers.
  • Contribute to the standardization of HRBP workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve HR-business collaboration models to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Experience supporting internet, gaming, e-commerce, or customer service organizations is highly preferred.
  • Solid background in employee relations and Philippine labor law compliance.

Professional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience across core HR functions.
  • Knowledgeable in performance management, organization design, and employee relations practices.
  • Ability to interpret HR policies and translate them into practical business guidance.
  • Strong risk awareness and compliance-oriented mindset.

Business Acumen

  • Good understanding of manpower and people challenges in fast-growing organizations.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments.
  • Able to balance business objectives with employee experience and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
