HR and Training Staff

Job Description:
- Delivers and moderates training events to diverse audiences
- Oversees the entire training process – starting from Training Needs Assessment to Evaluation
- Prepare, maintain, and coordinate training calendar with the business
- Provide support in data gathering and project coordination within the department
Skill Requirements:
- Graduate of a course related to Human Resource Management or Learning and Development
- Working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in the use of personal computers, Microsoft applications, and standard office equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
