About the Role:

Join our high-performing engineering team as a Junior Software Engineer (Web) and play a key role in developing scalable, high-impact web applications and REST APIs. This role is ideal for experienced full-stack developers skilled in .NET, React or Angular, and SQL Server, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET web applications and RESTful APIs
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance application architecture
• Identify and resolve both production and non-production issues efficiently
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
• Implement application enhancements and new features aligned with business goals
• Communicate technical concepts effectively across teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in .NET Web Development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React or Angular frameworks
• 2+ years of REST API development experience
• 1+ year of SQL Server experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to work in a Hybrid Setup (Graveyard/Night Shift)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience with Azure DevOps or TFS
• Background in virtual team collaboration and Windows environments

Work Setup & Compensation:

Location: Makati / Taguig (Hybrid Setup)

Salary Range: ₱138,000 – ₱145,000 + ₱2,000 OGA Allowance

This role requires deep expertise in .NET Web Development with React or Angular, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET web applications and REST APIs to automate tools that support business operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain software across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate closely with engineers and quality assurance teams to ensure product excellence.
• Identify and resolve both production and non-production issues, optimizing application performance.
• Provide technical consultation and support for application and infrastructure matters.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers.
• Lead the development of new approaches aligned with emerging technology trends.
• Contribute to architecture design and cross-team decision-making.
• Design and implement application enhancements and new features.
• Solve complex, high-impact problems and present solutions in clear, business-friendly terms.
• Drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
• 5+ years of .NET Web/React design and development experience
• 4+ years of REST API development experience
• 3+ years of Angular experience
• 2+ years of SQL Server experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Proficiency with source control tools (e.g., TFS, Azure DevOps)
• Experience collaborating in a virtual team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
