Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management:
Sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contract terms, and building strong relationships with key vendors.
- Purchase Order Processing:
Creating, tracking, and processing purchase orders and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Cost Analysis:
Researching and analyzing market prices, supplier quotes, and delivery terms to secure the most cost-effective options.
- Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
- Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and transparent records of purchases, orders, contracts, and supplier information.
- Logistics:
Coordinating shipping and delivery to ensure materials arrive on time.
- Reporting:
Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports and assist in bid analyses.
- Issue Resolution:
Expediting deliveries and resolving supply chain issues such as delays or shortages.
Graduate of : Business Administration and Supply Chain Management or any equivalent
with work experinece in SUpply Chain.
