Learning Partners Specialist - APACSummary of the roleAmadeus Learning Partners connects educational institutions with the travel industry, enabling schools to provide students with practical skills for future careers. This role helps students become informed users of Amadeus solutions and supports their readiness for the travel and tourism sector.The Learning Partners Specialist – APAC serves as the primary contact for Customer Learning Services (CLS) for commercial teams working with government and private schools and universities that integrate Amadeus solutions (such as Selling Platform Connect) into their curriculum.This position focuses on the APAC region and may provide global support as part of the Learning Partners team. Working closely with the Learning Partners Team Manager, you will implement program strategy and oversee daily operations to ensure successful delivery.In this job you willService Offer and Governance- Oversee daily activities for Learning Partners in APAC and provide global support when needed.
- Manage the Student Certification Program, including assessments and digital badges.
- Promote the Learning Partners Program to commercial teams and educational institutions.
- Monitor feedback, analyze trends and key performance indicators (KPIs), and follow up proactively.
- Ensure clear processes for communicating updates on Amadeus solutions and training environments.
- Foster collaborative relationships with regional commercial teams and partner markets.
- Provide educational expertise and guidance as required.
- Support commercial teams in defining and implementing pricing models aligned with program strategy.
- Coordinate internally with teams such as Customer Learning Services, Customer Operations, Legal, Go-To-Market, Commercial, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).
- Contribute to customer and internal meetings, including presentations and business reviews.
- Customer-focused professional with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are valued.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and remote teams.
- Adaptable and innovative in problem-solving, with attention to detail and reliability.
