Job description:

The primary purpose is to drive the development, enhancement, and performance of gaming products and services across partner platforms. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, third-party gaming providers, and operational teams to ensure the successful integration, promotion, and optimization of game content. Your role is central in shaping the gaming experience, ensuring product competitiveness, and aligning offerings with user preferences and market trends to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role.

Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review and modify promotional mechanics from game providers to ensure alignment with company goals.

2. Simplify and optimize promotional content and mechanics to be clear, player-friendly, and easy to implement.

3. Collaborate with internal departments for final review, validation, and approval of campaigns.

4. Conduct thorough testing of games prior to launch, including bet testing, and prepare comprehensive test reports.

5. Manage the uploading and configuration of games in the back office for public release.

6. Consolidate required game documentation from third-party providers and ensure completeness.

7. Submit all necessary documentation to the Compliance Team for PAGCOR submission and approval.

8. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Branding, Legal, Operations, and Technical/Development.

9. Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation for newly onboarded products and game providers.

10. Serve as a key liaison, maintaining effective communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
