We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator / Executive Assistant to support the Executive Sales Management in driving sales performance, organizing operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across all branches. This role combines strategic assistance, administrative management, and reporting functions vital to the success of the Sales Department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Help allocate sales budgets, monitor branch sales performance, and track achievement of quotas.
  • Coordinate together with management team to improve performance of branch sales teams and ensure their targets are met.
  • Support the Sales Manager in forecasting, performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
  • Compile monthly sales reports with accurate and complete information.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, verify details, and coordinate fulfillment with internal teams.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or email to answer queries and collect missing information.
  • Collaborate with other departments for sales campaigns and customer service improvement.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or executive assistance.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
