I. Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring

A. NWRB (National Water Resources Board)

  • Monitor and maintain:

  • Water Permits

  • Certificate of Public Convenience
  • Financial Statements related to water use
  • Extraction Reports
  • Certificate of Potability
  • Water Sampling records

B. LLDA (Laguna Lake Development Authority)

  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of:

  • Discharge Permits

  • Used Water Sampling results
  • Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs)

C. DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources)

  • Oversee and manage:

  • Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)

  • Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs)
  • Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMRs)
  • Permit to Operate (for generator sets and other regulated equipment)

II. PCO Coordination and Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate with CLI's on-site Pollution Control Officers.
  • Monitor and support the assigned PCOs of subdivisions and condominiums under CLI management.
  • Ensure PCOs are performing their duties in compliance with applicable regulations.

III. Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Management

  • Oversee the operations of the SFGC Materials Recovery Facility and ensure:

  • Compliance with DENR guidelines

  • Proper segregation, storage, and disposal of waste, including hazardous materials
  • Submission and safekeeping of required documentation and reports
  • Participation in inspections conducted by DENR and other regulatory agencies

IV. General Environmental Compliance

  • Undertake any additional duties required to ensure full compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, circulars, and orders from NWRB, LLDA, DENR, and other relevant agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) by DENR is required
  • At least [insert preferred years] years of relevant experience in environmental compliance or regulatory reporting
  • Familiarity with NWRB, LLDA, and DENR permitting and reporting systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and external regulatory bodies
