Schedule: Night Shift

Elevation Philippines is hiring a Project Coordinator - Marketing and Publishing to join our publishing team You'll play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting authors, and keeping workflows on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor publishing projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with authors via calls and emails regarding manuscripts, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Provide regular project updates to the production team.
  • Prepare and organize project documents.
  • Assist with production and fulfillment tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with BPO experience (customer service, account management, or project coordination).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up tasks.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, or project tools.
  • Willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule.
