JOB SUMMARY:

The Junior HR Business Partner supports daily HR operations at the site and helps carry out HR programs. This role handles employee engagement, policy compliance, HRIS updates, and labor relations. It works closely with department heads and Corporate HR to keep a productive and compliant workplace aligned with company values.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HRIS and Records Management

  • Keep employee records in the HR system accurate and updated.
  • Add new hires and remove resigned employees from the system.
  • Make sure employee information is kept private and secure.
  • Organize and maintain 201 files, both physical and digital.
  • Help prepare records for audits or HR reviews.

Labor Relations

  • Make sure HR processes follow company policies and labor laws.
  • Track active labor cases to help avoid delays or disputes.
  • Assist resigned employees with clearance and exit interview requirements.

Employee Engagement

  • Help plan and run employee activities like team outings, celebrations, and feedback sessions.
  • Answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Help write or update simple HR guidelines aligned with company values.
  • Support HR's role in business continuity and emergency response efforts.

BASELINE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Degree or diploma in HR Management or Psychology
  • 2–4 years of HR work experience
  • Experience in Labor Relations or Employee Engagement
  • Experience in BPO or similar fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
