  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with quotations and orders.
  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order preparation and delivery.
  • Update product listings, prices, and promotional content on online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all online sales and customer communications.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in online or retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with online selling platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented, especially in verifying online clients.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and basic online marketing tools.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
