DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from all departments.
  2. Monitor all accounting deliverables, process all vouchers and encure work according to deadline.
  3. Prepare Adjusting Entires, Monthly Schedule, General ledger, and Reconciliation of the Account Payables/Receivables of HMP Parts and Units, Suppliers and Other Payables/Receivables.
  4. Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
  5. Reviews reports, fund or account statements and bank statements, investigates irregularities and reports to supervisor, makes adjustments and necessary journal entries.
  6. Analyzes accounting date and makes general interpretations and recommendations.
  7. Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

EDUCATION:

  • Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Accounting Technology.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least one (1) year of related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good in verbal and written communication

PERSONALITY TRAITS:

  • Detail oriented.
  • Good in Personal Relations.
  • Patient and ability to resolve problen through own initiative.
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
