Main Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Documentation:

  • Prepare and manage employee records, contracts, memorandums, and HR-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, HRIS, and personnel files.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure HR procedures are followed and continuously improved.
  • Assist in coordinating training schedules, meetings, and HR-related events.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and account/access setup.
  • Coordinate exit processes, including resignation acknowledgment and clearance procedures.
  • Work with IT and Admin to retrieve company assets and deactivate system access.
  • Maintain applicant tracking logs and recruitment reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources or any related courses
  • Proficient in MS Office application and HR systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 yr experience in the same field
