We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Senior Associate who is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable. He/she will also be in charge of tracking expense reports and processing payments that come into the company's accounting department from suppliers or customers, performing account reconciliations, resolving & escalating issues when needed.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verifying vendor accounts, paying vendors' invoices, or addressing payment discrepancies.
  • Responsible for managing vendor ledgers and maintaining correct balances for assigned vendor accounts.
  • Performing recordkeeping.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
  • Ensure that all incoming AP inquiries and related issues, if any, are resolved in a timely manner and do escalation of issues as needed.
  • Strong communication between AP, procurement, and finance ensures smooth operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Accounts Payable end-to-end process.
  • Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
  • Strong in MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills for external and internal coordination

  • Proactive in reconciling open items and coordinating as needed to close discrepancies and open items

  • Willing to work onsite in our Head Office in Commonwealth, Quezon City
