Then We Want to Meet YouWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HubSpot Implementation Expert (Project-Based)to lead and support the smooth transition of Marketing and Sales workflows from GoHighLevel (GHL) to HubSpot, ensuring efficient setup, automation, and data integrity. This role will also advise on the best HubSpot plan and configuration suited to LTVplus' needs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub implementation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience with data migration and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • HubSpot certification (preferred).

Your Mission Will Be To:
  • Assess current GHL setup and map existing workflows, automations, and data to HubSpot.
  • Recommend the most suitable HubSpot plan based on our Marketing and Sales goals and user needs.
  • Set up the HubSpot account structure, properties, and user permissions.
  • Build and automate marketing and sales workflows (lead capture, nurturing, deal pipelines, task assignments, etc.).
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.) as needed.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports for Marketing and Sales performance tracking.
  • Provide guidance and training to the internal team on HubSpot best practices.
  • Ensure smooth data migration from GHL to HubSpot with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Document key processes and configurations for future reference.
