Job Summary:

Ensures timely and accurate preparation of purchase orders, coordinates with the Main Office, suppliers, and supports inventory and procurement needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and processes purchase orders (POs) for merchandise, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of purchase order documentation
  • Coordinates with suppliers and main office for order confirmation, delivery schedules, and pricing
  • Monitors the status of POs to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Verifies that all POs are in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Works closely with Inventory Officer, Warehouse and Area Supervisor to support branch needs
  • Helps maintain proper stock levels across stores and warehouses

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related 4-year courses.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory coordination (retail experience is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship or OJT exposure in procurement may also be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document management
  • Knowledge of purchase order systems or ERP tools is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
