QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent – Civil Engineer & Electronics Engineer.
  • Physically fit
  • Can handle multi-tasking
  • Must be customer – oriented, flexible, driven and resourceful
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre Project

  • Assist in preparing project timelines
  • Help in developing Work Breakdown Structures
  • Support in coordination with the scope of work to Design Team and other related pre implementation documents
  • Help prepare pre project documents –NOA/NTP/Contract
  • Help processing and monitoring of request for deliveries

Implementation

  • Assist in coordinating with the client and contractors for project implementation
  • Participate in onsite inspection-lay outing
  • Assist with project documentation, reports and any related implementation documents
  • Track project milestones & support preparation of progress report

Post Project

  • Help Prepare post implementation documents for project closure

  • Coordination of training schedule with the client

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php250.00 per day
