About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client's team for Bataan and Batangas projects. Our client is one of the biggest renewable energy company in the Philippines.

The Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in utility-scale solar power plant projects. The successful candidate will lead, plan, and execute all phases of the project lifecycle—from pre-engineering and site preparation to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations, while effectively managing stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in utility-scale solar PV projects (ground-mounted, ≥10 MW).
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, balance of plant, grid interconnection, and testing/commissioning.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and interfacing with regulatory authorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Willingness to be based on-site or travel frequently to project locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
