Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Ecommerce & Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our online presence and drive sales. This role combines ecommerce management, social media strategy, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate understands how to attract customers, convert traffic into revenue, and build a strong brand across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Track social media performance and adjust strategy to improve engagement.
Paid Advertising (Ads Management)
  • Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Set up targeting, budgets, and A/B tests to maximize ROAS.
  • Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns.
  • Report on ad performance with clear insights and recommendations.
Ecommerce Management
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Optimize product pages for conversion and SEO.
  • Coordinate with design/photography teams for product content.
  • Track sales performance, customer behavior, and funnel analytics.
  • Assist with online store updates (Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platform).
Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Work with designers to create visuals for ads and social media.
  • Develop campaign ideas for product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV, follower growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Use data to optimize strategies across ecommerce and social platforms.
