The Social Media Manager is responsible for strengthening and expanding the company's digital presence by developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive meaningful engagement, and grow active online communities. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on content execution, and creative design, requiring strong visual storytelling skills and close collaboration with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Content Management

  • Develop, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms
  • Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business objectives
  • Continuously monitor social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and competitor activity to maximize reach and audience engagement

Community Management & Engagement

  • Actively manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner
  • Foster positive audience interactions to strengthen brand loyalty and community growth

Performance Tracking & Collaboration

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support integrated campaigns and cross-functional initiatives

Creative Design & Production

  • Conceptualize and produce creative assets such as social media posts, advertisements, posters, and video content
  • Ensure all creative materials consistently follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms
  • Support photography and videography requirements for marketing campaigns and internal communications

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on emerging social media, digital marketing, and design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management and graphic design

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva; familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a clear understanding of audience tone and messaging
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
