Warehouse and Inventory Analyst

Responsible for proper inventory in all warehouse locations by developing and implementing policies and procedures, diligently conducting inventory counts, as well as by analyzing and resolving inventory issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Programs monthly inventory counts in all warehouses areas to check and report inventory variances

  1. Performs thorough research and investigation to identify root causes and supply possible solutions

  2. Continuously improves inventory accuracy progress and submits necessary reports to management

  3. Develops policies and procedures and works with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to optimize overall location and item level accuracy as well as maintain the highest possible productivity levels

  4. Monitors warehouse transfers for accuracy and cost effectiveness

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration, Major in Operations / Accountancy
  • Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field
  • Must have strong communication (both oral and written), analytical, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be adept with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets
  • Must be keen into details with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be able to maintain organized records
  • Must be able to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, to meet deadlines
