The team is looking for a proactive and strategic Product Manager (POS) who can take ownership of the product, deeply understand user needs, and drive meaningful improvements. They seek someone with a strong mix of technical understanding and business acumen, who can communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.

You should be comfortable making data-informed decisions, managing priorities, and translating complex requirements into clear product solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Own the end-to-end roadmap, strategy, and execution for POS features and enhancements.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, user interviews, and market trend assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and related teams to deliver high-impact product features on time.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development from ideation to launch, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and post-release monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals, progress, and priorities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related program.
  • Have 5+ years of product ownership experience (especially POS); proven project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized, with a strong desire to document accurately.
  • Fluent in communication. Can interact successfully with clients, developers and other team related.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain focused on priorities.
