Type of Service:
Staffing / RPO

Location:
Iloilo Site (Onsite)

Shift:
Day Shift (with coordination to Manila leads)

Project Duration:
3–4 months (with possible absorption after)

Scope of Work:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    (sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers).
  • Coordinate with Manila team for candidate leads and status updates.
  • Ensure onboarding of
    100 FTEs for Jan–Feb 2026
    and
    300 FTEs monthly thereafter
    .
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular reports.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.

Junior Recruiter:

  • At least 5 year experience in recruitment (preferably high-volume).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Senior Recruiter:

  • 10 years experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience in managing high-volume hiring projects.
  • Ability to mentor junior recruiters and manage client expectations.
