Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Quality Plans:Create comprehensive quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) plans for projects, products, or services.
  • Conduct Inspections & Tests:Perform daily or regular inspections of work and materials, and oversee laboratory tests to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain and manage quality documentation, including test reports, non-conformance reports, and audit findings.
  • Problem Solving & Corrective Actions:Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues, coordinating with site teams and contractors to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with project managers, consultants, design teams, and contractors to communicate quality requirements and facilitate quality improvements.
  • Audits & Compliance:Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with company policies and standards, and monitor adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Material Assessment:Review and verify the quality and quantity of materials through inspection and testing.
  • Staff Training:Train company personnel and technicians on quality control procedures and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
