We're looking for a Mainframe Developer with hands-on experience in IBM z/OS systems. You'll be part of a collaborative team maintaining and enhancing enterprise-level batch and online applications. If you're comfortable working with COBOL, JCL, and DB2—and enjoy solving real-world business problems in a legacy environment—this role is for you.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer using IBM z/OS
  • Strong knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS
  • Familiarity in Batch & Online Processing under Mainframe environment
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Middleware, Java/.NET backend) is a plus
  • Advantage have experience with tools like Endevor, File-AID, Abend-AID, TSO/ISPF
  • Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and debug COBOL programs and JCL scripts on IBM Mainframe (z/OS)
  • Perform impact analysis, unit testing, and documentation for enhancements or bug fixes
  • Work with DB2, VSAM, and CICS for both batch and online processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and middleware/backend developers
  • Support production issues and assist in root cause analysis and resolution
  • Participate in code reviews and follow change management practices (e.g., using Endevor)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php110,000.00 per month
