As a Paralegal, you'll play a vital role in supporting legal and administrative processes, liaising with government and non-government agencies, and ensuring compliance for our clients. Your contributions will help shape a better working world — for yourself and for others.
Your role:
- Liaise / coordinate with government and non-government agencies
- File ITR wit BIR
- Obtain certification, clearances, authentication of documents with BOC, PEZA, DOLE, PSA/NSO, NLRC, etc.
- Facilitate/file new / renewal of business and mayor's permit of clients
- File / pay VAT, real property tax;
- Facilitate / transfer of shares of stocks, land titles, estate tax, etc.;
- Secure, facilitate, completes SEC requirements, applications, etc.
- Obtain BIR rulings and regulations, CTA decisions, etc.
- Obtain local tax codes from different cities and municipalities
- File / pay contribution to SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG of SGV staff and clients
- File work permit of clients with Bureau of Immigration
- Perform other administrative tasks requested by Partners from time to time.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Computer literate;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Willing to render overtime work even on Saturdays (as needed)
- Willing to go on provincial assignment (as needed)
- Knowledgeable in transacting business with government and non-government agencies;
