Duties and Responsibilities:
ADA/CODA/TCT Correction/TCT Transfer
Consolidation/Subdivision of Titles and Tax Declarations
BIR Transactions , Building Permit , COO Application ,CEI Processing, FSIC, Occupancy
Tax Declaration Processing , Real Property Tax Assessment/Payment , Transfer Tax Payment, Business Permit
Provide data for the preparation of the following transaction reports:
Real Property Tax Updating
- Bank Financing TCT Transfer
- Building Permit and COO Application
Tax Declaration Land and Building CTC/new application
Liquidation of received budgets for transactions
Job Qualifications:
o A graduate of any four year related course
o With at least 2-3 years experience as Liaison in real estate industry
o Preferably with experience in dealing with government agencies
o Knowledgeable with documentation of licenses and permits process
o With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
o Well-organized and detailed-oriented
o Pro-active and results-driven
o Can work under pressure and willing to render overtime
